Books. Piano music (Ian's just ordered a new piano, so I got him some music that's too hard for him play :). DVDs. Accessories. All very unoriginal, but he appreciated it, and we had a very nice day. Finished off seeing Cirque Eloize with Ian's sister, which was great fun.

As for blogging, I think you should. I felt a nagging frustration mousing over your name in the comments at Dan's site to see only an email address. How are you, anyway? It's been *years*.

I'm fine thanks. Though I'm somewhat disconcerted that you and Dan have shamed me into finally putting in an appearance on the web!

Although I've been using the 'Net since 1987 on and off, and have been a rather permanent resident since 1993, I've managed to hide my presence rather well (if you discount a single, rarely updated web page and Gaydar.)

Your encouragement has spurred me to start on a blog of my own. I'll let you know when it's up and running.

Well grey and white doesn't count, LOL. I've been having a rather fraught couple of days so I haven't had time to make any progress yet. I *will* get around to it though.
