Moving

Just time to pause for a moment, in the middle of this hectic and hateful afternoon, and rattle off a very quick post. Normally I'd spend hours fretting over every word to create this sort of insouciant, off the cuff feel, but no time for that today. See if you can spot the difference :)

We are moving offices. What a nightmare. And at the same time supposed to be delivering that godawful Flash thing I've ranted about before. Which is late, and all the elements of it that have finally been handed over to me for the ludicrously complex integration phase are in total fucking disarray, every last one needing to be painstakingly reconstructed -- by hand, by me -- to be of any use at all.

So I'm hacking away on my laptop while the office is dismantled around me, stopping occasionally to berate the complete imbecile responsible for this crap for, well, being a complete imbecile -- which he unnaccountably takes as some kind of joke -- and all I can say is: WILL THIS FUCKING DAY NEVER END?
