{Interlude}

Time for a little pause -- and some actual blogging, however cursory.

Despite the little hiccough with Georgie, Incognito is going roughly to whatever minimal plan I have -- don't worry, it won't last. There are some fragments I'm looking forward to writing, but great swathes of uncertainty and panic between me and them, so that should be amusing.

Elsewhere, there have been few excitements. Work is hecticity incarnate, and other things have taken a bit of a back seat. It's now more than three weeks since I last flew -- which is definitely not good enough. At least I've made it to the gym once or twice, though not to teach. (They offered me a regular class at 7.30am on Fridays... I politely declined.)

If you have fond memories of 16-bit console gaming, this may or may not ring happy bells.

See you in the funny papers...

Oh, good grief! Guess what I'm whistling to myself now?

I like the progression of Incognito so far. I hope you manage to keep it going. My own story (as I will probably relate shortly) is going along quite nicely and doing some mildly unexpected things. Which is all to the good.

Pleased to hear it :)

It's funny where this writing thing takes you, even when you aren't chasing a wordcount as such. As I said before, I shall nag you for the results come January.
