Crystal-clear as always, our river. Where is this view taken? It's not the mouth of the fleet is it? I don't remember there being gratings...

No, it's not the mouth of the Fleet, though that's close by on the other side. The stairs (oh ho!) in question are near the Oxo tower. I think you've been on them, though I'm not certain.
