Closure

For the benefit of anyone with really overpowering masochistic tendencies, here is a very slightly amended version of the final report on my SI summer project.

I've actually done a little bit more analysis on one related matter since, which I may possibly post about at some point, but for now let's consider the matter well and truly concluded.
