Delivery
I've been a little wrapped up in coursework the last few weeks; from which this weekend should offer a brief respite. Next week we begin over on something new, but for now this, in all it's half-baked, cobbled-together glory, is done and dusted. That was an enjoyable read; your writing is as digestible as ever, though my former supervisor would have criticised your work in the same way as he would have mine.
"Beautifully thought through and addressing all points of argument, but sometimes a little florid!"
"A little florid, Jim?"
"Mmm-hmm, sometimes I feel like I'm reading a novel. It's readable, enthusiastic, but not always necessary."
But as far as I'm concerned, you can't afford to sacrifice individual style except for the most word limited and functional of abstracts. In any case, you do a far better job than I :)
